You can get all three endings in one playthrough if you save after beating the final boss but before interacting with Marika (you must still have the "Fractured Marika" Site of Grace), upload your save data to the cloud, complete an ending, and then download the previously uploaded save file and repeat until you have the trophy/achievement for the three endings.
